We hope you have received our previous communication regarding the system upgrade initiative.  To ensure a smooth service, we scheduled the SMS System migration date for 1st January 2024.

We are in the process of upgrading our servers to ensure smooth operation and high-end service of corporate Bulk SMS, and as a part of this initiative, we kindly request you to be aligned for the below changes which need to be adopted by you and require the below info from your side.

• Priority-based OTP SMS system.
• Long SMS Support from both GUI and API.
• Multi-link interconnection; One interconnection account can be used to establish multiple connections with multiple IP addresses.
• Real-time SMS delivery reports including actual DLR.
• Both masking and non-masking facilities are from a single account.
• Automatic low-balance alert via SMS and Email.
• Automatic character encoding detector.
• Support long SMS from both GUI and API.
• Advance SMS routing, including failover gateway.
• Security: We used an RSA 2048 bits (SHA256withRSA) SSL certificate encryption issued by AlphaSSL CA – SHA256 – G4 and the TLS version is higher than 1.2 which is trusted by Mozilla, Apple, Android, Java, and Windows.

The requirement from your side:

1. Copy of valid National ID/Passport/Driving License.
2. Copy of updated Trade license/BIN/Company TIN/Government authorization/Ministry Authorization/Gazette/UGC Authorization (whichever is applicable)

The new portal (GUI) will be provided where your email address will be your account user name and passwords will be delivered to the same email address.
